The Loft has retrieved this wonderful velvet animal-inspired fabric from the end of a project.
This bold animal velvet has been designed in an array of colours, but the sand colourway is a great fun piece, morphing between
the subtlety of a matt and mid sheen fabric. The meaning of `lacuna` to mean an unfilled space, has been interpreted here in the depth and texture of the fabric, giving way to rivulets of space that form the velvet. Inspired by the plains of Africa, this fabric elevates layered, textured schemes.
Lucan Sand is perfect for a small sofa, some headboards, and other upholstery projects.
This fabric has been FRD, so it is not suitable for curtains.
