This is a spring we will never forget. But it will pass. How are you managing?

Across the world I think we are all in the situation where we have realised just how unprepared we were for a disaster like Covid 19 to happen.

With the government throwing ideas around about people wearing face masks when out and about, as business start to reopen, at some point we are going to have to go back to a “new norm”, the viruses is not disappearing any time soon and we are going need masks to visit places. Finding washing and correctly fitting masks will start to get harder.

So we have found the perfect pattern for you to either create your own for you and your family, or to help the crisis and create ones for your local nursing homes or maybe create a little side business and sell them.

Whatever you decide to do, we hope that it comes in handy and helps you in these unprecedented times.

The great thing about these masks is you can use up your fabric squares or scraps of material, if you have been a busy sewing bee in lockdown and are out, we at The Loft have a large selection to choose from, or you could use old items of clothing.

Firstly here is a chart that will help you decide on the best material.

Next here is the best pattern we have found for your masks.

Stay safe, stay well, until next time.
